The wishlist on steam are the games that we are ready to spend money for get it
If you're ready to spend money for those games, then why don't you just buy them right away? Why do you put them on your wishlist?
I mean, sure, what you describe would be a nice feature, but why not just use the standard Steam wishlist this way? What's the problem with adding "games that interest you (but you're not ready to spend moeny for)" to your Steam wishlist?

Most of users there seems like they don't spend money at games at all.
Also how exactly would it work? We can already check only wishlisted games by button, recommended games which might interest us or just hide games we aren't interested in at all. My main page of sg shows me now 7 games and 4 of them is Life is strange True colors.

I think what OP is requesting is a wishlist on SG that does what Steam does when a game goes on sale. Meaning, SG would send the user an email when a giveaway for a wishlist game is created so that the user doesn't miss it. At least that's how I understood it.
