And no, I don't mean the good/bad family reunions (let's face it, it depends on the family).
And no, it's not the return of the snow, although we got quite a few flakes around some parts of the world already.

The (un)Official Profile Christmasifying Thread 2021

Welcome, friends, to the 7th annual installment of the Christmasifying thread!

Go grab yourself a cup of hot chocolate, tea, coffee, or your desired beverage of choice, and gather around the fireplace. Uncle jbond is going to tell you all about this little Steamgifts tradition.

What is happening!?

Do not panic! It's simple, ~~we kill the batman~~ this is a fun little event I host yearly in December, during which members of this community may request a "Christmasification" in the comments below, after which I'll do my best to "Christmasify" your profile picture; that is, edit it to add a holidays flair to it, usually in the form of a santa hat, snowflakes, candy canes, mistletoe and much more.

All you need to do is leave a comment on this thread requesting a "Christmasification" - no need to provide an image (unless you want a custom order), as I'll extract your profile image directly from your Steamgifts profile. I'll reply to your comment with the result afterwards, which you can use as your profile picture if you're pleased with the results.

Important details and guidelines:

To request a Christmasification, simply reply in this thread asking for one.
No need to attach an image (unless it's a special order) - I'll use your profile picture as the smaller format makes it easier anyway.
If you want a santa beard, please request it. If not, request not to have one. No specifications means you'll leave it to my creativity.
Special orders or requests such as a beard does not guarantee you get one, as I can't guarantee it's possible.
Requests will be handled on a semi-first-come-first-served basis; Depending on volume, I may skip some users and potentially come back later to Christmasify them.
I can and will skip some profile pictures if I can't Christmasify them - but don't let that stop you from requesting anyway, of course! :D

Now, with all the ~~paperwork~~ details out of the way, I officially declare the Christmasifying Thread open to requests!

Don't forget to sync your account after changing to your new profile picture for it to show up on Steamgifts!

I would love Christmasification, one that I got for Halloween was great so would love xmas version too.
