I'm not totally sure what you mean by that.
My rules are mostly here to prevent abusers to enter. If in the future , I set a giveaway/train that have games I WANT people to play , I will adapt my rules accordingly, which may have an impact on the people hoarding games indeed.
But I don't think this is the case here?

So.... No, this had nothing to do with Star Wars. But I just hit a neat milestone that i wanted to share with you. I gifted 400 games to various people here (and I don't plan to stop) .
To mark the occasion, I created a small train.
