What's the option when your redeemed key appears to be non-activable in your country?

I'm in the same boat with TR1-6. UK region, "not available for purchase in your country." Well, actually the bundle is available in the UK but maybe not the variant redeemed by the key?
edit: according to nice AWA rep on Discord, they're looking into it with the publisher, but "probably delayed though with the Easter weekend". hold onto your keys! :)

Not sure why TR has region lock, even the Admins don't know so still checking that info out.
Currently knows that LATAM, UK are all excluded.

I was aiming for The Stone of Madness, I changed my artifacts for a 15%+2% discount (can't change it back for 24 hours), went for it on the clock aaaaaand... Gone on refresh (available but "out of stock" when claiming). FML.

I tried to grab Space Marine 2 first, then Tomb Raider, but ultimately ended up getting Karma on my third attempt. At least that one lasted a bit longer than the first two — maybe about 30 seconds past my 21:00 (UTC+2) refresh.

I tried it at the same time on PC (wifi) and mobile (mobile data), I logged in an hour before and updated every 3 minutes, in the end I was rejected in all the games, only two months later I was able to claim what I had left and now I'm 4 months rejected

Just in case before next Game Vault, run your reCaptcha V3 score https://antcpt.com/score_detector/ to see if you're around 0.3 or below (that maybe the issue you get rejected)

Oh wow, my score is 0.3, how did it get so bad? I wonder if it has to do with me using an ad-blocker with specific scripts to get youtube to behave the way I want.

Well unsure how Google Captcha system works but yep it's somehow like that, more lower the score, more issues passing Captcha.
0.3 and above are mostly fine. (More above are smoother)

Well as long as you don't fall below 0.3 then it's fine, since most problem starts with score below 0.3

Any clue what impacts the score? One test got me 0.3, waited a bit and did again, got 0.7, Edge browser was awful, got 0.1, and I never use that browser.

Hmm... sadly idk, since Google uses unknown mechanism to up or lower that score depending on your behavior, but still idk what they check or what to improve the score.
But never repeat the test so rapidly, otherwise DDOS/considering you spamming and lowers the score more.

That's just bad luck mate, I've had that message many times before. When a few thousand people click at the same time for a pot containing a hundred keys, there'll be a robot somewhere choosing the winners. Next time you could well be one of the lucky ones. :)

Try getting one of the ones left that you are not interested. You will probably get it. I think it's simply you were too late for the ones you wanted, sadly

I’ve had the same thing for the second or third month in a row - it's a kind of invisible captcha from Google (they wrote about it in Discord)

+1 for me this month, the real icing on the cake for waking up at 5am ahead of a 14 hour work day 🙄. Don't mean to sound bitter but AWA really shouldn't be relying on, at best, such a capricious and mysterious service and at worst one that is contradictory at the best of times. And the suggestion via discord that people need to change their internet habits to appease an increasingly dubious tech company like Google in order to have a chance to access the vault is laughable, if not borderline insulting. AWA needs to do more in-house ways of dealing with bots....which ironically they've claimed for a while isn't actually an issue 🤷♂️.
And for the record, my rating on the site Megumin linked.......0.9 🙄, unless of course I'm to be suggested that it was different at 5am this morning......🤦♂️

The key is restricted ROW.
Means 127 countries excluded, only available in 123 countries.

"Another update on the Tomb Raider Codes -- The publisher is still working on them as it looks like it's and issue with Steam and the Bundle as the codes should be eligible for every region that the game is available in (which is most). So they're still working on a resolution, but hopefully will mean your existing codes should work soon."

I had a key for "Sorry we're closed" from a giveaway a few months ago, from AWA, and when trying to redeem it today, that key appeared to be a duplicate. I asked AWA, their laconic answer was "Unfortunately, since this giveaway was in November of 2024, the keys for this giveaway are no longer valid.". Nothing about a time limit anywhere, though.
So if you still have one, probably say your goodbyes.
