I think we've all been there but the solution you propose might create a problem with people giving away games they won to gain CV, thus removing the issue of needing to have their wins activated.

What Fluffster means is that people would exploit this. They'd just keep the same key they won and give it away again on here. You might not be able to prove that they hadn't activated and deleted.

You can contact the creator and ask them to delete the giveway. You'd probably want to work something out, like give them a key for the same game or one of similar value. Then post a comment in the GA saying you agree to delete it, and have them create a support ticket to remove.

yes, hiding only hides it from yourself.

its marking as private that does the opposite(only visible to you, hidden from everyone else)
