Hello , someone have an idea how to remove the notifcation of steam groups (without leaving the group )

As far as threads and forums are concerned, there is an Unsubscribe buttons. Announcements and the like, no can do.

From the activity page click Friend Activity Settings you can disable group announcements there but not on a group by group basis. It's all or nothing.

On the other hand, if you don't like announcements of given group, I'd just leave it instead.
