Raptr - Dead Island GOTY Reward

They surely won't give away new keys and they can't suddenly ask Steam to change their rules.. Looking into it is more a polite way to say 'sorry we screwed up'

No, they can change the keys. Indie Gala did that with Victoria II, same key but changed game etc.

same here. The site was completely hammered. I kept getting a database error, and when the site finally loaded there was 0 keys left.

At first I was frustated that... CLAIM button apparently did nothing, not even timeout/db error... When the site came back it said "Claimed".

From what I see from the posts of those from the US who managed to get it activated is that the key has the label (NA+ROW). So it should work everywhere. Those who claimed and were not able to activate it due to restrictions should contact Raptr to fix the problem....

For once I get to claim a game, it is not activatable. Had the spontaneous idea to open 5 pages of the claim reward and refresh seuentially and then mashing the claim button...and it worked.

I hope they will indeed make it so we have ROW keys.
