There is a change log where nearly everything gets posted. The upcoming and bugs sections are fairly incomplete though.

Hope one of the stats will be number of users by lvl. And 1 question when SGv2 started ther was number of All, Group, Wishlist GA on site, why is that removed it was good add on.

Change from April 16, 2015.
Due to an increase in traffic there were a few changes to the homepage to increase performance, such as the counts being removed for All, Group, Wishlist, New.
From what I remember, the performance before that was pretty bad and it really helped. But yeah, it was useful.

I don't know for rest of the people but it worked great for me. I can only think of white page but it happened after changes too. Maybe it was hardware side, don't know.
