Yeah, true. Though I've yet to really bother with it until now, because I didn't have any Ubisoft games that needed it. But Blood Dragon is just too good to pass up. lol I had to make myself an account and download their client just for it.

I already had an account from playing other Ubisoft games that had Uplay rewards. They're kind of like achievements, except they actually add something small to the game (theme, extra level, costume, etc).

You know, everyone loves getting free games, wether they are for Steam, Desura or Uplay. Origin is the horrible thing.
Also, Steam has some Ubishop games that need uplay. E.g.: Assasins Creed 2.

Most Ubi games on Steam launch Uplay. Even Blood Dragon. You're going to install and launch Uplay even if you own it on Steam.

Maybe I'm too much unfamiliar with uplay or the entire platform is even more crap than it seems. But how you put keys there? for example bought on other shops as gg or gmg or some random person gives you?
