SO WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS

I have my own team, we play a tournament match, my internet died for about 5 minutes during the match, i've got a 24h ban but okay.

But... WHY MY FRIEND GOT A WEEK BAN FOR ACCIDENTALLY TEAMKILL,
WE OWN TEAM AND IT SOMETIMES HAPPENS (TEAMKILL) BUT THAT BAN IS A JOKE. ARE U SERIOUS VALVE

Is there any chance for unban? What do you think about that?

I think your CAPS key is broken, sometimes it seems to lock. Have a look at it.
