I would say Deus Ex for story, Dead Island for graphics babbies.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is an awesome game.

Deus Ex, for sure. I loved it to bits. It does have replay value as you can approach the game differently, i.e. trying to go guns-blazing, being stealthy, trying to do a non-lethal run, etc.

Drugs! Err - save your money and buy 4 copies of Fortix.

Deus Ex if you want a great single-player experience. Dead Island is best with two or more friends on co-op.

Deus Ex HR:
Has a nice story line.
Multiple ways to play. You can be stealthy or go guns blazing or a bit of both.
Replay Value? Depends on the individual. But it is Singleplayer only.
Weapons: Decent but most are generic ones. Such as revolver, pistol, SMG, rifle, shotgun, etc.

Dead Island:
I find the story line to have multiple plot holes and "what the hell happened here?"
As of now, I think there are 4 characters to play as with their own pros and cons.
Multi or Single player game. :D Boring alone in my case and fun with people.
Weapons: Can be customized to your playstyle. :D Think Borderlands but with...melee weapons? (Guns are available too but not so much)

Dead Island is stupid fun but the story sux , Deus Ex I played for a little while but I got bored of the gameplay and stopped.

I know a lot of people who loved Deus Ex tho.
