I like the community and think that stuff like sgtools separate it. it's becoming more and more an "exclusive club" but thats just my opinion. ppl can do whatever they want to :p
there's an option missing in sgtools for letting only people enter who wear pink undies. must be proven ofc. :3 silly talk, don't mind me.. thanks for answering though :) have a nice week.

I dont think so, because vast majority of rule breakers doesn't give a crap about community, they either dont visit forums or just lurk for GAs. You might be one of few exceptions :)
