Hi, if a game have "AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting" set to "No" in steamdb (so the "No cross region trading and gifting" restriction), does this means i cant gift this game to an another region ?
and for the 10% price difference rule, is this also taken into account if the buyer's price is higher than the recipient's ?

Can't speak for the "AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting", would have offered to test it with you but we're in the same region.
As per the 10% rule, if the red percentage on steamdb is above 10%, like with switzerland here, you won't be able to gift it, that's all that should matter.

thx for your answer, the 10% rule is is not a problem because for my case cause the red percentage for switzerland is only at +2.62%
and for AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting im asking because i saw somewhere that was for the old gift system (iirc when gift was stored in inventory) but i dont really know

that allowcrossregion stuff is on everything, just ignore it.

price difference being more than yours and region locks are all that matters.

just don't do to many direct steam gifts or steam might block your ability to do those.

ok and actually for my case the higher price diffrence for the game is +7.08% (for Polish Zloty) so i should be able to send a gift of this game without any problem

in fact, I'm in the EU region and I've seen message that say that AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting was for the legacy item system (when gift was stored in inventory), but for the +10% maximum rule it's should be fine.

you can always add any steam member out of your region and try to gift them a random game for testing, if you can't, steam will stop you from purchasing
that's why I kept a list of steam members that I traded with them before, and renamed them as their nation, to test before doing GA
