Option to disable Comments

To be more precise, I want an option where only the winner(s) can post comments, nobody else.

I dunno, your method of telling people you'll blacklist them if they comment is doing a reasonably good job of discouraging those with working eyes from commenting. XD
As a bonus it is weeding out bots. Though, yeah, you will probably run out of blacklist spaces real fast... :/

While I don't mind comments in general, I'm not particularly fond of random copypasted thanks.
Apart from being an indicator of autojoin scripts, they serve literally no purpose: I mean, you just have a small chance to win, why are you thanking me?
It's like writing a thank you letter to your government every time you buy a lottery ticket...
For a workaround of sorts, you could switch to forum invite-only giveaways, users here read descriptions more often, and are less likely to break rules.
