Winner of my giveaway already had it, so he marked that he didnt received it...

This thing just happened to me...one of the winners of my giveaways already had that DLC...which is I believe prohibited on this site.

I was chating with him today for like 2 hours and the only thing he said with speed one message per hour is: ''Im on gaming right now''

Fucking unbelievable, now I have 1 gift not received, thanks to this douche

You need to accept just ONE. Make sure you can activate it, mark it as received. Then go to the other giveaway creator and tell them you have already won this game and ask them to reroll it.

DLC-s are quite buggy. I have retail Fallout NV and bought all DLC-s on steam - yet I can enter the base game, any DLC, and even the ultimate pack's giveaways. If somebody knowingly entered this way and won, submit a ticket - mods will understand. And maybe a warning / few days ban for the user, if knowingly did this.

Since this is getting resolved through support, I will go ahead and close this.

There is really no need to bring attention to this issue, considering the user didn't do anything wrong (they didn't actually receive the gift). You can just ask for a reroll.
