Yes, you can. Some do it that way using Steam chat. But it isn't recommended by Steam to do so. So you do so at your own risk of being scammed. And there is nothing Valve will do to help when not using their trade window. Also, Steamgifts is not liable either.

Can you offer trades here using global Steam keys outside of your Steam account? My Steam account is region-locked to Southeast Asia. Meaning, I can't effectively trade with other Steam users here using the Steam in-house trade mechanism. I may actually send the Global Steam keys that I have via email. My question here is, are we allowed to post trade offers in SteamGifts using Global keys to be sent via email? If it s allowed, do we still get a trade feedback? Thanks.
