IS that scam?

It still looks pretty suspicious. It's basically a webpage titled "Keys!" and that asks you to login with Steam. Though, the login is secure so it's fine.

Nope, it uses Valves login system, like another suspicious site called "steamgifts.com". Also I would give out Skyrim instead of Fortix to scam more people. ;)

"steamgifts.com" is really crap. I've logged in there and my entire TF2 inventory was stolen a day later.

I didn't really know how the Valve login system works. I thought that any site that uses it have to be approved by valve.

With the login system, you can login with your Steam account to the site, but the site can't login to your Steam account. :)
They just get your Steam ID. (and some unimportant infos, I guess)
