A little advice please.

I created a giveaway last week, sent the gift and such, the winner selected that s/he had received the gift yet it was still in my inventory over a week later.

I have sent a new winner request but it has so far gone unanswered. I am still waiting on support to roll a new one.

What should I do now? I don't want to create a new giveaway and get a ban or such in the process. I would love to know if there is anything else I can do.

Select another winner and add in comment that you have selected another winner. And ALWAYS, specify that you will give the steam key on winners email in the description, or you will contact him.

You can ask add the 2nd winner to your steam friend list and chat with him about that HE WON A GAME !

Problem is, I sent in a request for a new winner, which has so far gone unanswered. I always specify it will be by e-mail so that shouldn't be a problem.

then add him to your friend list and notify him. Also check his steam profile to see when he was the last time online, maybe he is inactive...

The new winner has not even been chosen yet, I am waiting for support to roll a new one.
