Its a trade. It doesn't belong anywhere but the trade section. You have spent enough time there to know what trading is.

Also, exact value, not so great for the user on the other end. because fees will mean they spend extra for a card, that you will still have physical access to.

I was addressing your statement that you don't consider this a trade. By definition it is. Whether or not you find better people here aside, this DOES belong in the trade section as per the FAQ.
