how do i reroll a winner?

so, one of my giveaways has been stuck waiting for the person to accept the key for over a week now, I'm trying to reroll the winner, but it just says to "Please attempt to contact the winner for one week after the giveaway end time before using this category."

sorry if this looks like a dumb question, but I feel like if I leave this, I will be the one who gets in trouble with the mods

If it's the Sakura one, it ended 6 days ago, so only tomorrow you have that option.

Don't bother contacting via Steam unless it's a Gift. If it's a Key, send it via Steam Gifts and that's all you need to do. Don't contact them via Steam because you could get community banned on Steam.

As lext mentioned, you do not need to bother trying to contact the winner if your giveaway was for a key. In cases of key giveaways, all you need to do is send the key and then wait until a full week has passed. If the winner doesn't react in that time, then you can simply open the reroll ticket to get a new winner.

You have to wait a full week from the time you sent the key, also it's a bad idea to leave a "YOU WON!" comment on steam :I
So, just wait a little bit longer and then hit that Reroll button!
