How many Support users does it take to resolve our tickets in a timely fashion?

I've observed that the pile on in private messages is quite efficient.

So they are very busy in that regard :)

There's probably some CPD in information management laws being attended by them because that is a serious problem in a globally linked world with liabilities.

Just give it time :)
