By the way if you used a visa or mastercard on g2a, you can ask for chargeback from your bank within 120 days. Doing this will help other people as well. You know already thar g2a tends to take people's money without asking them and charging back will help to future victims.

Top places I have visited:

1. The Maldives was a paradise. Went there on my honeymoon to Kuredu Island.
2. Italy was truly beautiful. Went to Rome, Florence (got engaged there) and Venice.
3. "Finland", or rather the somewhat self governed Aaland Islands. Parents in law built a dream house there and moved there when they retired. It's very peaceful, and we usually spend 2-3 weeks of our summer vacation there. Plus visit every so often for a long weekend.
4. Prague was a very pleasant surprise. I knew nothing of it when I visited last year for my mom's 60th birthday. Amazing architecture.
5. I'd have to give my 5th spot to London. There's just so much to do, and so many musicals to see. Probably the city I've visited the most out of the country. My brother's a bit more insane though, he goes there 4-5 times a year. ^^

Bonus spot to Nerja in Spain. An old classmate's parents started a hostel down there and has now expanded to included 3 hostels/hotels and rental apartments. I went down there with some friends when they had just started out and the experience was truly amazing. I'll have to go back there some day.

The highlands of Scotland and New Zealand are the top places I want to go to atm. Tokyo would be nice as well. And in the future, when the political climate's become better I want to do a coast to coast roadtrip of the US.

There was a movie or tv show where one said about another person a thing like: "In his life, he's only been here and in Vietnam, and it's still one place too much!" :D

I am from South East Asia, been to all countries here. and would like to spread my wing even further.

This list is places i really want to go, but very unlikely to be happened soon ( cost, etc)

-Riding Glacier Express train in Swiss.

• China. Went there twice. One organised group trip of 3 weeks, and a do-it-yourself 4 weeks backpacking trip a few years later. We came back because at that time a friend of mine was working in Beijing, so we stayed there for a week and then travelled the country.
  Not the first destination that comes in mind I know, but its well worth a visit.
• Mukteswar, India. Me and some friends ended our 4 week India backpack adventure in Camp Purple in Mukteswar. One of my friends had an internship at the organisation (Wildrift) so we could stay there for free (same guy I visited in China). India is great but extremely crowded and poor. That last part was very welcome and relaxing. All we did was sit around, drink beer and smoke pot.
• Istanbul. Beautiful city but might not be the smartest pick atm.
• Greece. Nice people, beautiful scenery, lots of history. AWESOME FOOD.
• Paris. My favourite city in Europe to visit with my wife. Been there about 5 times already. And Southern France is awesome as well. I love France.

I love to travel the world. But atm I just have to wait till my kids are older. Would love to visit Asia again, China, Southern America, Australia and the US. No particular order.
The friend I mentioned currently lives in Bahrain, but thats not a place I would like to go to. So hopefully he will start working in a different country so I can visit him again in the future. I have a childhood friend living in Australia so that might be an option to.

And now I need to stop ;), could go on forever talking about travelling. Just do it, you'll learn a lot.

Well i've been to most of the europe. Latvia,Poland,Estonia,Germany,Austria,Slovakia,Chezh Republic,Italy,France and Spain. Top 5 places i would like to visit would be ( not in any order ) :

USA
Mexico
Iceland

I just want to say thank you for everyone sharing their experiences with travel and I have read through them all! I'll try to reply here and there to previous comments but there are so many! Normally I can keep up with them xD

Also that poll is very saddening :( I really hope all those who said they would never be content will be soon. I am content in where my life is going and I never thought I would!

Final thing I want to say also is you guys have extended my list! I'm going to book mark this for ideas of where to travel to! <3
