Cool to see others who've won it too! I've won mine almost a year ago and still haven't gotten around to some of the games I've gotten from it XD For me it was pretty straightforward in terms of redemption, I had the games on my account in a few minutes, sorry you had trouble getting yours :(

Very wise. Most people who win something cool in those mystery bundles don't realize how much they have spent on aaaaall the other mystery bundles where they only pulled trash. In the end you're better off saving your money and buying the games you want on sale.

They're real, I can't believe it. I'm late updating considering I won this back in February but I'll tell you why.
But first, your burning (or not so much) questions answered..
What games did I win?
Spiderman 2, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Gold, Sid Meier's Civilization VII, Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, and Dynasty Warriors Origins.
Which bundle did you get it from?

How many bundles did it take to get it?
I bought 5 in one transaction and pulled the star prize from that. I pulled some of my wishlisted games from the other bundles including Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles, Carcassonne - Tiles & Tactics & Terra Memoria. There was also some total junk, which I don't say to sound ungrateful, but to set your expectations. I got super lucky and I don't encourage spending on the mystery bundle unless you don't mind the risk.
Soo why'd it take so long to tell us about it?
Well. I buy & redeem my bundles on mobile, then I just install and play on my steamdeck. I'm rarely on my PC. I say this because if you win a AAA Prize from Fanatical you MUST BE ON PC TO REDEEM THE CODE. Not desktop version of a browser, not any sort of hybrid OS. Only desktop. I don't know why.
I'm thinking that Fanatical doesn't know why either because when I couldn't redeem my code on the 22nd of February, I opened a support ticket which has still not been resolved today (3rd April). In fact, worse than unresolved they closed my ticket? Lol.

So I pulled a Star Prize from the VIP bundle, and I'm SOOO grateful! I'm also very excited, so I've probably just clicked the wrong thing, but my code isn't working.
When I click on "confirm redeem" I get an error message. I've attached screenshots. Please let me know the correct way to redeem this, and thanks so much again for hosting this event (+ being available to answer my silly questions)

Cue radio silence until March 1st when they emailed me asking me to rate the support I received. I said I was unsatisfied and submitted a form explaining why (i did not receive this alleged support? issue not resolved pls reply??)
And still, to this very day... nothing.
I ended up solving my problem by mistake (frustrated and decided to try one last time on my laptop) so I'm not too fussed. However this was on March 9th, a full 8 days after they made it obvious they'd closed my ticket, so its not like they closed it because my account showed the claims.
I was planning on riding it out so I could make the post about how long it takes to get support with the $$$ prizes.. but these games might be considered retro by then..
Anyways, thanks for listening to my little rant. I still buy the bundles and I still love my prizes so yay.
