The only DLC I recommend wholeheartedly for Warhammer II, is "Rise of the Tomb Kings". Unique race which is a nice break from the ones present in the base game, as it even has its own campaign goals not concerning the Great Vortex.
Play on higher difficulty tiers and you'll still feel relatively overpowered.

I had my fill of Total War bloodsuckers just from Warhammer I's base game. The lack of naval combat in these games, stings even harder in a pirate-themed DLC such as "Curse of the Vampire Coast". I've played it and it grew old rather quickly when compared to my Tomb Kings playthroughs.

Been watching this one guy (a-Dog-that-Rushes) playing Total War: Warhammer 2, and it looks pretty fun. Question is, do i need the DLCs, or is the base game enough? Also i read that i should also get the first game because a section of the game needs it?
Thanks for assist
