I suppose it's very simple - support members are most likely chosen based on activity, professionalism, maturity, and overall knowledge/experience with the website and rules/guidelines. I recognize/know all of the new support members here except DazeTheBearChieftain, and all of them have these specific traits. Except Mr. Joao Baer. Baer is bad mod. Just kidding. :D Or am I? D:

Makes sense, most sites I've been a part of there has always been some sort of application type thing and I've never seen that here so I was a bit confused

With the addition of the new Support members, we're also updating a few of our existing roles.
In related news, our standard operating procedures are now up and running for team members. It'll help us to stay more consistent when moderating, and allow new users that join our team to quickly learn the ropes.
