It's been over a week since my account was flagged for 'fraudulent activity' without any response to my ticket.
For some damn reason, ALL of my purchases from the Summer Sale in June have been removed, and my money was refunded to my credit card. No, my credit card company didn't initiate any chargebacks - I verified.
Missed out on 2K sales, and I can't activate any keys from Amazon, SG, etc.
As great as Valve/Steam is, support needs a serious kick in the ass. At least get chat support like... [gasp] EA.
