If you place mouse cursor on the giveaways won on the users page it does split up the wins into full value, reduced value and no value. Same for the gifts given. It will show how many full value, reduced value and free value gifts a user has given. Is this what you meant?

You can see the number when you get your cursor on "gift sent" number. It gives you only the number though. I know it's not exactly what you are asking but at least something similiar if you want to see what that person gave away.

ESGST has a feature/setting for showing a tag of Full/Reduced/No CV for each game. Note that SG only provides a list of bundled/reduced games, so the data is based on what it can scrape from New Giveaway game lookup search results. Last time I checked, ESGST's No Value list list is ~70% the size of barter.vg's list of previous & active mass giveaway games.
When in doubt about whether SG supports something, its probably in ESGST.
