I'd add Aquaria, Bastion, Sword & Sworcery, Journey, To The Moon, Braid, Vampire: Masquerade - Bloodlines & the original Bioshock.

I liked Papo y Yo, Bastion and BL2 soundtrack. I heard a few songs of mass effects, Dishonored and Watch dogs which were good

Burnout Paradise! Or the soundtrack in Jak 2/Jak 3 or the soundtrack in Ratchet and Clank 2/3.

Do not see it mentioned much in these threads, but some of my favorite game music is out of World of Warcraft. Particuraly for places like Teldrassil, Dun Morg, and Grizzly Hills. Admittedly that might be in part nostalgia.
