question about logging into steamgifts via public pc's

I don't think so, I'm pretty sure there is no such restriction. For one there is a big hole in that premise: it's entirely possible for more than 1 person who uses Steamgifts to reside in the same 'home'. What if 2 or more family members have separate Steam accounts but share an internet connection? Or what if you are living in an apartment where there is a shared internet connection and your neighbor uses Steamgifts too?

My brother has an account and usually we have the same IP. Don't think he's all that active, but it is legit with two very different steam accounts.
