I have the Scars Above Steam key but it is not valid in my country

I want to play Scars Above, but the code my friend gave me is only valid for Tier 1 countries. Europe or something. But I'm from Turkey and that's why I need a Tier 3 key. But I don't know what to do

you can make a giveaway but make sure to only allow the correct regions to enter, under "region restrictions" you can use the countries listed here: https://steamdb.info/sub/831411/
