Is it only steam keys that are allowed to be given away or other stuff like Uplay. Iv got this Nvidia code that's redeemable for either Far Cry 4, Assassins Creed Unity, or The Crew that's been sitting around for a few months now.

In the official giveaways, yes only valid not region locked Steam keys or gifts. The forums are open to almost whatever though.
