It says they are $30 but I have gifted 18 games. Does it just take a long time for them to process the total amount? Or is it because I am gifting games from bundles?

You gifted bundle games, they are only worth 20% of their total price if they came from one of those indie bundles

nope, once they are in bundles, their value is now forever counted as bundles.
