When should a birthday train start/end? [POLL][GA ENDED]

Super serious question!

Please help me decide on this very difficult question!

THIS KEY IS FROM HUMBLE STORE

It says "Saints Row IV (Europe)" So I guess it's region locked... Humble couldn't tell me this before buying??

But there is no "Europe" Region selectable when creating new GA... sorry.

if I'm doing this wrong, please let me know and I'll correct it

That's actually the reason I never created any GA for Saints Row IV. There are NA+ROW CD Key subs from which I see cannot be purchased in most countries in Europe. I also see subs that only allow purchase from certain countries.
