BS Infinite giveaway

What? The reason people shouldn't create topics for public giveaways is that there's no need to do so. Everyone can already see the giveaway and there's no need to advertise it. In no way does that mean that those giveaways aren't welcome. If everyone created topics for their public giveaways, the forum would be full of them. So while it's not against any rules to create such topics, it's advised not to do so.

In my opinion the other guy is right and I also never understand why people post public giveaways. Giveaways have a description where they can write every story they want...
