How can i import my choices from the walkng dead: New frontier on Steam, into final season gamepass?

Hello, since the demise of Telltale, The Walking Dead games are owned by Skybound.. It seems I can"'t log in anymore on Telltale servers when I play Walking Dead games, so I cannot import my choices using that method. I have been able to back up my saves from my Steam version of The Walking Dead: New Frontier, but The final season I am playing on game pass doesn't find the saves. I have tried installing the game pass version of New frontier, but even doing so , and pasting my saves on that folder, the game doesn't detect them. Do you know a method to import your saves from New frontier into final season?

My saves are currently stored in C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead - A New Frontier (Season 3)

Are both games on gamepass? Install both, copy your save into the one you beat already and maybe because they are both installed into the "xbox" folder it will read it? If not, I'm not sure. Normally it does it that way or from the cloud?

This is what I have been trying to do, so far it doesn't work. Normally it should work that way. But I have a hard time figuring which subfolder must be chosen.
