I dont know how to claim the specific prize

I won this specific giveaway, but I do not know how to claim the game, in the prizes (won giveaways) tab theres no code or link to be followed
can someone help me since im new around this community?

its weird coz he had a giveaway for the same game the same day and the other giveaway has a winner, so maybe its something on my end i have to do? Do I have to click the received tick or leave it be for now? Ive won couple giveaways which provided codes and after I redeemed them I ticked the received button. Im not sure how this works :D

Nope, you don't click received until you've received it. He has seven days to deliver the game to you, so you might have to be patient.

He has 7 days to contact you and give you the code. You should leave it unticked for now and only mark as received when you get the key and activate it. In case he doesn't give you the key within the 7 days, you mark it as not received and move on. You can try to contact him if you want, but some people don't appreciate that. Maybe you can try to contact him when the end of the 7 days is approaching.
