in my one time experience letting them know of a bundle that slipped thru the cracks for literally a month, it got taken care of fairly quickly actually. support will inform the bundler and close the topic.
tbh i never would of thought removing negative reviews on votes would of worked, but it seems to be working out. so possibly i guess. though personally i think getting more support and giving them a cple more permissions or more mods or more bundlers or whatever you wanna call their "role" would be better overall.

Sometimes, if your ticket seems to just sit there and never be addressed, it can be because someone else already sent in a ticket and it was forwarded to Shobo for "bundling" purposes.
They don't reply to or close every ticket -- just the first one they come across.

It would make sense that similair tickets get closed with the handled one. For this topic it might be difficult but if you look at user report, it shouldnt be hard to make a check for if name && reason == name && reason handled ticket close all others..
But this has been suggested by others as well.
I have a ticket running for such an instance, for about 1.5 years, which is quite normal.

It's been explained that it doesn't work like that because not every ticket with the same name is due to the same issue.

And you are right that I am speculating, however I have knowledge about programming so I can make an educated guess as they say ^^

i've always taken it as read that (just about all) games will at least eventually be retroactively logged as bundled;

It's on dailyindiegame.com, you can buy DIG points there and then to buy games for it. The prices are quite low.

I'm not sure why multiple users are recommending the use of the "Other" category for it- the "Add Game to List" category is the correct one to use for bringing a game to the bundler's attention, and as a regular utilizer of it, I can assure you it works just as well.

The "Other" category is the correct one! I asked support about it when I was submitting a game to get on the bundle list. They confirmed that "Add Game to List" is only for games to get onto SG's data base. E.g. a game that just got released and one wants to create giveaways for it but cannot yet since it isn't added.
They also need to forward the tickets to Shobo since he cannot view the tickets himself since he's 'only' the bundler.

I'm well aware of the last bit, but I'd gotten an entirely different impression as to the first [in that it was intended to be used for adding a game to any list (ie, Bundle, Free, or Giveaway-able)]. I know early in my site usage it was indicated to me that Add Game to List was the correct one, but having been early on, perhaps I misunderstood context. :X
Either way, AGtL has worked just fine for me, so until I hear otherwise from staff, I suppose I'll keep using it. :)

It doesn't matter because if it's not bundled right now it will be retroactively bundled anyway by Shobo, so receiving the full CV for such a game is only temporary and volatile. ^^
