Sound like an interesting idea but you might wanna consider changing rule N°9 - A winning member must create a new gift no more than 48 hours later after his winning.
to 48 hours after it has been marked as received. Even the most active SteamGifters need a week of every now and then. (Unless that's what the rule means anyway.)

Have another bump. Perhaps there are more interested parties out there still.

Sort of applying to this group because I just had a similar idea and wanted to do a search before I made a redundant group.
I do have some questions though.
Are we allowed to make bundled GAs if we so choose provided they are quality and not simply shovelware like you see on the majority of SG?
I don't understand the purpose or reasoning behind having tiers. Is there a reason you need two tiers?
I ask the above question because Historical Low prices will always drop making tiers unnecessary.

hi Koitenshin, sorry but no bundled games are allowed.
We reasoned at tiers, because we don't want a user win a game worth 20$ and then he create a new game worth 3$
If you are interested in a group like this, but also allows you to create bundle games, I suggest you take a look at this
thanks

Thanks for the response and the link to that group, but they also don't appear to fit in with my idea of quality (even if bundled).
I was really hoping to avoid making a new group, but it seems it cannot be avoided. Everything will be on the bundled list sooner or later anyways, so why fight the list?

I'm personally within the group that I have suggest at you.
I liked the idea but not some things, so I decided to open one my group, similar, but with substantial differences.
Then I recommend you to create your own group, and good luck for that š

Thanks a lot for your candidacy.
We have checked your profile but unfortunately we don't feel we can invite you yet.
We are considering users who have donated more unbundled games than you have.
And honestly of all the unbundled games you've donated, no one is valid for our rules.
Feel free to write again when you have improved your profile.
Thanks

I see, I usually just create unbundled GA's when I have to (and that is only for one or two groups). So I don't think I'll ever be able to join ya.
Thanks anyway.

Wintermute and I after having created AKATSUKI have decided to create a new unbundled games group.
We are trying to meet the expectations of some SGers who would like to participate in a high value group but who also dislike gifts creation being mandatory, with a monthly cadence, or similar.
Again, other users (just like many in AKATSUKI) don't like being in groups that enforce ratio systems.
Drawing inspiration from the fundamental idea of OMG group in SG, we have tried to implement a few significative modifications which we think will be welcomed.
A group for high quality GAs; a group with freedom of choice when deciding your own level of participation; a group which tries to adapt to members' avalaible resources; a group that makes you create a giveaway only when you are winning one.
In this steam page you can read our rules.
You'll notice that gifts have to follow specific criteria, the most important one being respecting a Historical Minimum Value threshold.
We have decided to implement such a rule in order to have high quality games being given away.
In order to apply to our group, you have to be at least of level 5 here on SG: write here, into this welcoming gift, in order to present your candidacy.
When commenting, please, try and help us getting a better idea of the group by stating if your are more interested in the normal or elite tier.
If you can't enter this GA, post a comment here below, writing something like:
"I could not pass the SGTools test, but nevertheless I am interested in joining the group" (please, apply only if you are at least a level 5 user) and we will take your application in consideration.
