Need help with creation of Steam account (US/UK/EU)

Good day to you! I need a little help with creation of Steam account in US, UK, or EU region. I need it for posting game recommendations in my curator page for games that aren't available in my country. I've tried to use VPN, but Steam blocks any attempts to register with VPN (at leat Psiphon, Proton, Hoxx and Opera VPNs didn't work). Just create any gmail, register Steam account and send me login and password — that's all.

Transferring steam accounts is violation of Steam Subscriber Agreement.

People have been selling Steam accounts without any problems for years now. Anyway, I would use it only as temporarily method to avoid absurd restrictions with posting recommendations — I wouldn't use it to buy or play games

I believe that this against our guidelines and falls under "Illegal content".

Illegal content. For example, sharing links to pirated content, or to services that assist in illegal activity, such as torrent websites.

Considering this is asking someone to violate Steam's TOS as mentioned by Ryzhehvost, I believe it might fit under "Unsafe Content".

Unsafe content. Products or services that are not credible or potentially dangerous, such as those that could lead to a user's Steam account being compromised, or their financial information stolen. Please do your due diligence prior to posting content or links, and if we have concerns about the safety of a product or service, we will try to remove it from our site or close the offending discussion.
