I used rainmeter until I onticed it ate about half of my RAM/processor and only had about half of the functions I used and therefore I had to use the laptop as usual as well, so I found it useless for me at that time. Yours looks really good though!

++ for clean desktop (wtf is that paste bin though? get rid of it man!)
++ for left sided taskbar (right wold be clever too... I mean look at all the websites being 50% white to the sides on your 16:9/10 monitor because some fags still browsing with 4:3 monitors (and ie6))).
