I had this problem for a few days and I was able to use Chrome to purchase and then was able to purchase within the client.

Web browser just tried. NO JOY! :( (i.e. not working. But did see bundle the staff was going to buy me is no longer on sale so that is out.)
Even tried different browsers.

I am not able to use any method to get a game. the staff here try to use Steam Wallet, PayPal and various Credit Cards for 3 days now. Yes starting before the sale. We can get no product from Steam Store. The message from Steam is always :
"This payment method is currently unavailable for use. We are working to resolve the issue. Please select another payment method for your purchase and try again." And as usual support tickets are not answered. This happened to us before on another Steam sale a couple years ago,
Question is; is any one else experiencing this? And did you find a solution? Thanks in advance.
(yes we have closed and rebooted Steam and the IT Admin here has tried another computer.)
