This happened to me, after around 5-6 months of using Steamgifts, it came up that me and my brother where both banned, we got in contact with support and we finally got it resolved. The support I talked to said that I should've contacted them earlier, so go ahead and contact them right now.

No, go ahead, but first, let Support know. They need to make sure it is listed as family. I imagine they also check for obvious alts though.

Hey guys. I got a question, regarding the two accounts from one IP (me and my brother). He is home temporary (for a month or two afaik) so would it be a problem if we both visit steamgifts, but only he enters giveaways ? That means I'll be only active in forums and not entering giveaways (only private ones if it's allowed, puzzlez ftw =D). Thanks in advance <3
