Are Fanatical coupons exchangeable?

Hi! Long story short: I have a couple of Fanatical coupons for discount (with a minimum $4.5 required) which I am not going to use. Can I give them to someone else so he/she can get the discount? If that is possible, isn't something wrong for doing it? Like a punishment or a ban.
