tried claiming it right after buying and they said they were out and key would be in restock soon
made ticket after a month.
like a year later restock soon text changed
filed a 2nd support thing and yet again no key with the same the store keys come from a different pool of keys than the bundle one we sold you.
eventually they restocked the keys after people demanded keys and they were having to refund people the price of the game with humble credit so they could buy it on the store page
its no longer about charity and donations when they take such a cut, also they do some sketchy shit
humble cant be used as a tax write off for donating cause your buying things, so they are selling you things they dont have at the time.... no warning of keys running out
at least fanatical still has 100% charity bundles that count
