I used to longboard until I took a pavement to the face and ended up with my arm in various casts and external fixators for 15+ weeks.
Never really got back into it after that.

used to until i ripped a chunk out of my knee and couldnt walk on it for like half a yr.

Question! I skated with my right foot forward. That's goofy-stanced, right? However, I'm right-handed, so "theoretically" I should have my left foot in front? It feels incredibly unnatural and I have no control over the board this way. Same shit with snowboards.

i used to skate years ago with a new friend of mine who ended by never want to talk to me anymore.. heh, what a damn situation it was..

anyway, i don't know any of the stuff you're talking about.. we used to call the stuffs "do a flip in the air", "put your board on the back on the floor and then go on it by reversing it with your feets with a jump", or "lol how you scratched yourself on the ground"

it was a bit long but in those time we could take the time to talk :q
