Edit: Depending on the payment method you use, the time for you to receive your key/ keys may vary. For me, I use credit card to purchase on this website. It takes me about 2-6 hours to receive keys. But don't worry about it, normally, you will have your keys within 1 day. Also, after they send this deal to their subscribers, many people come to buy games from them. I noticed that some games may be out of stock and the prices may have changed.

Warning: Be careful with the price on this website. All prices it shows are in GBP NOT USD. So before buying anything, do a little math to calculate the price into currency you are using.

I just got my fifa key and it works fine. I am in Canada. So if it can be redeemed in Canada, it should be redeemable for you in US. Their price isn't that insane because the currency on the webpage is GBP, and 1 GBP is about 1.5 or 1.6 USD. Some games are just 75% off of retail price. So I don't think this website has some problem. Maybe some British people know this website.

Not that fast for me to receive keys. Normally it takes about 2-6 hours for me to receive keys. Don't worry, I think they manually check your payment and send keys. So sometimes it takes more time for them to check.

bought two keys (one yesterday and one today), got both instantly after 1-2min.
Only reason I can think of what can delay it a bit is when you have paid with credit card and not with paypal, since there are more security checks with credit card, I think.
also I am just curious what have you bought? xD
I used simplygames some years ago and imported some retail games which weren't available in my country at the time and had no problem at all with them so i would say they are trustworthy, it's great they now have a digital game store aswell (thanks to OP without this thread i wouldn't have noticed about that).

maybe they have had a lot of fraud, especially with COD Ghost!
also I really think it depends what payment method you have used, if it was credit card they just want to be sure its really you just normal security check.
They even accept driver license to check if all is right so no big deal.

just black out all important stuff in paint so only your name with birth date is visible for example, this way you are safe and they can't make anything other with it than verify your person if its fit to credit card.

I live in Canada and I bought 2 times, 3 games from this website with credit card, no problem at all. Don't know about other payment like paypal because I haven't tried using paypal on that website.
