If all you want is to reward people with levels above 5 or 9 - why not just use the respective level restrictions for your giveaways?

Interesting view, but that still keeps the entries in the 1000's potentially and not a bit more controlled..
tbh.. it's my first WL..and you know it's not like I'm breaking new ideas here just playing with what exists in the community.
As I play more, my criteria's might or might not change.. I guess to sum up.. there is no wrong answer, but I appreciate your viewpoint :)

Yea I think at some point I'll use the level mins as suggested above within the whitelist is probably the only way to do it.. just still figuring it all out so for now i'll just post goodies as able.

To avoid confusion on the first list I've closed my L5+ WL recruitment and started another for my L9/10 exception.
My respect to ALL levels and those have had not only the means whether great or small, and decided to use share those here.
You lead by example in this world of giving, and are appreciated :)
This thread however is a specific appreciation for those who've done the extra grind into the 9/10 levels!
