WHY I can't access to indiegala???

Hi. Awhile ago I was have a look at the bundles at indiegala, then I pressed "Forgot your password?" and entered an email which Im not sure if I have used, and now every time I enter Indiegala it shows a window like this: http://w18i.imgup.net/indiegala60f1.jpg

It says:

www.indiegala.com - Access Denied

Error code 14
Request was blocked by the security rules

Im not using proxies or something like that, so I dont know whats the problem and when will get solved.

I can't contact the support and I cant get the keys of bundles that I previously.bought.
