But if you do that every day your muscles won't have enough time to build and relax, so basically you'll only lose weight. :(

I was off the workout grid for quite some time, but the belly seems to disagree with me, so to start slow, I have started with 30 days yoga with Adrien challenge. Its good, intense and easy on the eyes as well :-)

I wake up, do around 30 to 60 minutes of static bike, 3 series with 5 minutes breaks of 30 push ups and 30 abs exercise before dinner (I don't know the name in english). I do this everyday with weekends off.
Also run every now and then when I'm studying and need a break to clear my head but that's pretty much it.
For people trying to loose weight, drinking a ton of water helps, as well as not eating for 4 hours before going to sleep

I dont work out. Even if i got enough energy and spare time to do workouts, I'm not allowed to. Spine problems :/

stretching
15 sit-ups
15 squats
15 lateral raise
30 concentration curl, each arm
15 push-ups
15 overhead press
- repeat 6 times

run/jog 10km, ~60mins
every day except weekends.

I train 4 days straight, then have 1 day off.
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back + 4km jogging
Day 3: Arms
Day 4: Legs + 4km jogging
Day 5: Chilling drilling.

Bump. Every day i run for 8km, every time i see a video ad in a game i do either 50 flat-body sit-ups or 30 push-ups. Enjoy your ripped body after playing a game that relies on video ads :)

I use Darebee workouts, programs and challenges to refresh my set of exercises. Most of the times I just combine the challenges with a monthly program. There is a great collection to pick from, I've been using the site for two years now. They also offer daily dares, weekly challenges, RPG-style programs. Mobile apps are available too!

three days a week, not fixed at a specific day or time (but mostly either early 6:00 or late 21:00)
basically just split up into musclegroups plus belly ;)
1) chest, biceps, stomach
2) shoulders, upperback, triceps, stomach
3) legs, lowerback, stomach
works out pretty good but wo my partner i would lack the motivation sometimes :)
