Any good "windowed" games?

Like playing it in a small window, without focusing too much on it (doing other things as well).
An example is any tower defense (I used to play Sanctum TD), or maybe other type of games?

Civ5 is my go-to game for playing stuff while Im semi-busy. Plants v. Zombies is also really fun.

I have used a program in the past that can force some games into windowed mode. I had pretty good success with it, but it does not always work. I do not remember the name, and it has been so long there are probably better alternatives.

I'm currently playing Knights of Pen and Paper +1 which has windowed option. I'm really enjoying it; it's very fun :).
